Getting to Know GenerationS

In 2013, I started my journey of studying generations with conversations about Gen Z at a staff retreat. A few years later, Dr. Corey Seemiller and I have conducted multiple original studies and written a few books. Beyond researching generations, I’m passionate about providing information and resources to those who want to better understand generations and create greater collaboration between generational cohorts.

INSTITUTE FOR GENERATIONAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION

Previously known as The Gen Z Hub, the Institute for Generational Research and Education (IGRE) is a 501c(3) organization dedicated to advancing insight and education on inter-generational understanding, collaboration, and connection. IGRE’s mission is to foster understanding, appreciation, and collaboration between generations.

IGRE is co-led by myself and Dr. Corey Seemiller, in which we help individuals, groups, and organizations communicate, collaborate, and work more effectively across generations
